Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at BJ ATELIER Shop. This policy explains how refunds are handled for digital products, eBooks, printable worksheets and online design-related products.

1. Digital Product Refunds

Because eBooks, PDF downloads, worksheets and digital design products are delivered electronically, refunds are generally not provided after the digital file, download link or product access has been delivered.

2. Refunds May Be Considered For

• Duplicate payments made for the same product.
• Payment completed but the digital product was not delivered.
• Incorrect product delivered due to an error by BJ ATELIER.
• A file-access issue that cannot be resolved after customer-support review.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• The customer changes their mind after receiving the digital product.
• The customer has already downloaded or accessed the PDF or digital file.
• The customer expected a different product without reading the product description.
• The digital product has already been emailed or delivered successfully.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact info@bjatelier.com within 7 days of payment. Include your name, email address, payment reference or order ID, product name and reason for the request.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days. The actual completion time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
