1. Digital Product Refunds

Because the eBook is delivered electronically, refunds are generally not provided after the PDF file, download link or product access has been delivered.

2. Refunds May Be Considered For

• Duplicate payment made for the same eBook.
• Payment completed but the eBook was not delivered.
• Incorrect file delivered due to an error by BJ ATELIER.
• File access issue that cannot be resolved after customer support review.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Customer changes their mind after receiving the eBook.
• Customer has already downloaded or accessed the PDF file.
• Customer expected different content without reading the product description.
