Delivery Policy

This policy explains how digital products purchased from BJ ATELIER Shop are delivered to customers.

1. Digital Delivery Method

eBooks, worksheets, guides and digital products are delivered electronically through email attachment, a private download link, restricted cloud-storage link or another digital method communicated to the customer.

2. Delivery Time

After payment confirmation, digital products are usually delivered within 24 hours. In some cases, delivery may take up to 1–2 business days because of payment verification, technical issues or manual review.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide a correct email address and contact details. BJ ATELIER is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, blocked emails, spam filters or incomplete customer information.

4. Failed Delivery

When a digital product is not received after payment confirmation, contact info@bjatelier.com with your payment reference or order ID and product name.

5. No Physical Shipping

Unless specifically stated, eBooks and digital products do not include physical delivery or printed copies.
